Kel Dylla is energized by SEED’s model, where affordable housing and the arts work together as an engine for economic development. She brings more than 15 years of senior nonprofit leadership, with deep experience building fundraising strategy at the intersection of creativity, health, and the creative economy.
Prior to SEED, she served as Development Director for Pottery Northwest, focusing on major gifts and capital campaign strategy. Her previous roles include Executive Director of Cornish+ at Cornish College of the Arts and Executive Director of Kirkland Arts Center. Earlier in her career, Dylla served as Vice President of Education and Community Engagement at Seattle Symphony, where she developed equity-focused programs including The Lullaby Project and Link-Up.
Kel holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, a Master of Music from The Juilliard School, and a Bachelor of Music from Rice University. She currently serves on the board of The Rhapsody Project and as VP of the Madison Middle School PTSA in West Seattle. In her spare time, she works in her small studio, creating mixed-media art. She is a mom to two amazing teens, Koby and Simone.
