In order to serve you quickly and efficiently, please complete the below information. Based on the information you provide, we will let you know if the date(s) you have requested are available, and provide you with a written cost estimate. This cost estimate will give you a general idea of the price range of your event, and you can then decide if you want to continue the process by coming to walk through the proposed space at the RVCC and discussing technical and production needs with out staff. Once all questions are answered, we can book your space and provide you with a detailed estimate and plan to make your event the best experience possible for you and your guests, students, employees, or audience members.
