FLOOR PLAN	Auditorium Rental $100/hr - Auditorium only 4hours for $500.00 includes banquet hall w/ kitchen $300 Damage Deposit (refundable based on inspection after use) For performances, such as concerts, theater, dances, weddings, graduations, community gatherings, lectures or similar events.
FLOOR PLAN	Banquet Hall - Parties/Celebrations $60/hr - Banquet Hall only $70/hr - Banquet Hall and kitchen $200 Damage Deposit (refundable based on inspection after use) For parties or celebrations, such as weddings or funeral receptions, birthday parties, dances, dinners, auctions, etc.
	Banquet Hall - Meetings $35/hr - Banquet Hall only $40/hr - Banquet Hall and kitchen $200 Damage Deposit (refundable based on inspection after use) For trainings, seminars, workshops, etc.

Rehearsals
$15.00 hourly (Performances occurring at facility may be entitled to reduced rate for rehearsal time).

Staff
Events requiring staff assistance beyond initial set-up and facility orientation may be charged $25 per hour per staff in addition to facility fee. Facility manager will confirm if additional fees apply.

Security
All events will be subject to review and renter may be required to provide security for the event at the renter’s own expense. Facility manager will confirm if security is required for your event.

Technical Assistance
Any event requiring more than basic sound & lighting set-up and access to theatre sound & lighting equipment may be subject to additional fees for technical services. Facility manager reserves the right to determine if renter is required to utilize the services of RVCC technical staff.

Parking
The facility has a 15-space parking lot with available street and off-site parking nearby on S. Alaska Street and 35th Avenue S. Additional parking lots may be available for your event with advance notice. Facility manager will assist you with parking arrangements. Please see map for additional parking locations (as indicated by the P symbol).

Directions
Take the Columbian Way Exit off I-5. Follow Columbian Way as it curves where it becomes South Alaska Street. Proceed past Beacon Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Way. After four blocks, turn right into the RVCC parking lot, ½ block before the Rainier Avenue Intersection. The facility is also accessible by the #7, #39, and #48 Metro routes (as indicated by the M symbol on map). MAP

All prices, including damage deposits, are subject to change and will be communicated at time of rental arrangement. All private parties are subject to review and additional fees may apply.

Any event occurring more than one day may be negotiated for a flat rate depending on length of use and facility availability.
