Real Estate Development

Since 1986, SEED has preserved existing apartment buildings and developed new buildings to provide safe, attractive, affordable housing for residents. SEED remains committed to helping meet the growing need for affordable apartments in Seattle, particularly for Southeast Seattle residents with limited resources.
