SEED is always looking for individuals, community based organizations and private developers to partner with on projects, in order to carry out our mission to invest in housing, the arts and economic development – with a special focus on residents with fewer opportunities and resources.

Our focus over the next few years, is on developing new affordable housing in the Othello and Rainier Beach neighborhoods, where there is a high risk of displacement for current residents due to rising rents.

SEED would like to extend a big thank you to all of the public and private organizations that have financed our current and previous development projects.  Over the last 40 years, with the participation of the following funders, SEED has been able to invest over $180 million to improve the quality of life in the Rainier Valley.
