Credit Union Executive Vice President

Executive with more than 15 years of service in various industries such as banking, healthcare, food industry and boiler/manufacturing. One of Ms. Webb’s primary goals has been to follow the advice of Paul Hawken, “to make problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive that people can’t wait to get to work to deal with them.” She says her greatest strength is mentoring and guiding colleagues, so that they can be catalysts in delivering impressive results.

Prior to joining Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union, she held human resources positions with KBIJ & Associates and Fraser Boiler, both in Seattle. Previously, she served as a Human Resource Personnel Officer at the Florida Department of Health and Security Forces Specialist for the U.S. Air Force.

Ms. Webb earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University and an MBA from Walden University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, serves on the board of directors for the African American Credit Union Coalition, volunteers on the Highline School District Capital Facilities Advisory Committee and volunteered as the Board of Director’s President for the Lupus Foundation of America/Pacific Northwest Chapter for five years. Her certifications include Senior Human Resources Professional and Certified Chief Executive (CCE) from University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, Cornell University Johnson School of Business and University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
