Evan Cantini is president and medical director of CHCServices LLC, a licensed and accredited home care and home health care services provider in Western Washington. He is a licensed and board certified medical physician and is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Diplomat in Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He is a member of the Providence Medical Group in Everett, Washington and is medical director of Rehabilitation Services at the Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington. He has been a member of the board of SEED since 2011 and served as president of the board from 2012 to 2015.
