SEEDArts believes in the power of art in building community. We offer visual, performing and public art programs that inspire and connect residents and visitors of Southeast Seattle.
Our programs provide

Rainier Valley Cultural Center
Southeast Seattle’s premiere community performing arts center, RVCC presents multicultural performing arts events. It is home to SEEDArts' Arts Gumbo and Young Playwright's Festival program, as well as many other productions presented by a wide variety of groups that call Rainier Valley home.

Columbia City Gallery
A cooperative gallery of approximately 30 local artists presenting exhibits in diverse media. Located in the Columbia City Business District, the gallery includes a Gift Shop, special guest artists, classes, lectures and special events.

SEEDArts Cinema Series
"Made in Seattle: Local Documentaries" will kick off this new program at RVCC on April 5, & 6.

Art Walk Rainier Beach
Walk it, Love it, Own it! Saturday, Sept. 7th, 2013, is the 3rd annual event highlighting the people and places that make Rainier Beach unique through the universal celebration of cultural, visual and performing arts.

Public Art Program
We connect professional artists with developers and community groups to design, fabricate and install artworks in public and private spaces. Also, we coordinate youth art workshops for both public and private educational institutions and other community organizations.
